From the age of five, Connie attended Oaksway Netball Club and has played across the UK in numerous tournaments. In 2013 her performances earned her appearances for the Under-14s national team. In 2015 she she was part of the team which finished 12th in nationals despite playing a year above.

Her success continued in 2014 when the centre – who is versatile and can play in a number of positions - was named in the North-East Under-17s Regional Academy and the Under-19s Northumbria NPL Squad despite being just 14 at the time.

Connie has already found that she enjoys teaching younger children how to play netball and has led a number of coaching sessions at Grange Primary School.
